Policies
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand, sometimes things happen and you need to reschedule. Please reschedule or cancel you appt 23 hours prior to your appt time. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee. If there was an emergency, just let your clinicians know and we will wave the fee.
Our managing software makes it super easy to pay. When you fill out your intake paperwork, you will be asked for a credit card that we put on file. We will use that credit card for your appointments, unless you prefer to pay cash, check, or have another card you’d rather have charged.
We are a private pay counseling office and are out of network with insurance. We can provide a superbill for you to turn into your insurance if you have out of network mental health benefits.

Our clinicians have school notes that can be signed and submitted to your child’s school for their appointment.
new clients
You can call the office at 502-313-7030 or make an appointment online by hitting the “make appointment” button. You will then choose a clinician and choose the time you would like to schedule. The appointment request will be sent to the clinician you chose and they will accept the appointment or provide alternate times for the appointment.
If you are married to your child’s parent, only one parent needs to sign the consent papers. If you are divorced or separated from your child’s parent and you have joint custody, both parents would need to consent to treatment, unless you have court custody documents that indicate otherwise. .
Our therapists’ rates vary and currently range from $50–$225 per session. Some therapists offer sliding scale options based on financial need. Contact us to learn more about fees and to find the best fit for your needs.
