COUNSELING INTERN

I am a Master’s-level Counseling Intern providing affordable counseling for individuals, couples, and families. I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can work through life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth, and healthier relationships.

My goal is to help clients build resilience, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and become the healthiest version of themselves. I work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

For couples, I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and Level 2 training and am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and prepare for marriage.

As a pastor with years of ministry experience, I also understand the importance of faith and spirituality. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy that respects both emotional and spiritual growth.

Whether you are facing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or personal struggles, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, hope, and lasting change.
