Angela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience serving children, teens, adults, and families. She has worked in school counseling, community mental health, and adoption services, equipping her with a deep understanding of the complex challenges families face across seasons of life.

Angela is trained in EMDR therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and specializes in trauma, adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. She has a special interest in understanding how trauma shapes identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. Angela believes true healing occurs in the context of safety, trust, and hope, and she strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, valued, and supported.

Angela views counseling as a sacred opportunity to walk alongside others during difficult seasons. She is passionate about helping individuals and families experience restoration and renewed strength as they move toward healing. Her approach integrates evidence-based clinical practices with compassion, grace, and respect for each client’s story.

Angela earned her undergraduate degree in social work from Kentucky Christian University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, reading, traveling, and sharing good Mexican food with the people she loves.
