Don Delafield, LMFT
Having served for almost 3 decades as a minister of counseling in a church-based context, Don is uniquely qualified to help you with many of the struggles in life. With a pastor’s heart and the experience of a seasoned therapist, Don has gifts in providing a safe environment and a clarifying experience for his clients.
Trained both as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a licensed pastoral counselor, he has developed expertise in helping couples struggling with a variety of relational issues (conflict, emotional regulation, infidelity, etc.) Don also works with individuals and families dealing with emotional and relational struggles and has led numerous intensive marriage retreats throughout his career.
Don’s training includes a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, a master’s degree in Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and completed the Post-master’s Certificate Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Louisville. Don is also an Approved Supervisor in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Crissy Gaspar, LMFT
Crissy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who creates a safe space for clients to discuss their issues and create change. Crissy partners with her clients to help them find strength, hope and resiliency to overcome challenges. She works with individuals, couples and families with a variety of mental health, life circumstance and relational issues.
While appreciating each client’s uniqueness, Crissy creates a non-judgmental, comfortable space for her clients to be themselves. She works well with clients who are solution-focused and ready for positive change in their lives. She is not afraid of the hard things but also loves to laugh with her clients and considers it a privilege to hear her client’s stories and support them in the process of healing. Believing that therapy should be safe and productive, Crissy loves to collaborate with her clients using their unique personalities to tailor therapy to their individual needs.
Crissy received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University and has her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University. She grew up in Kentucky and loves to spend time with family and friends. Some of her favorite things are dogs, music, cruiser bicycles, people and reading on the beach. She loves to explore cultures and travel and is always looking for a new adventure.
Jason Allen, LMFT, CSW
Jason is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Social Worker who has experience working as a Home-Based Therapist with Department of Child Service and Probation cases.
Jason is a certified Juvenile Sexual Offender Counselor as well. He works with children, adolescents, and families facing substance abuse, behavior management, and sexual addiction.
Angela Keane, LCSW
Angela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience serving children, teens, adults, and families. She has worked in school counseling, community mental health, and adoption services, equipping her with a deep understanding of the complex challenges families face across seasons of life.
Angela is trained in EMDR therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and specializes in trauma, adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. She has a special interest in understanding how trauma shapes identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. Angela believes true healing occurs in the context of safety, trust, and hope, and she strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, valued, and supported.
Angela views counseling as a sacred opportunity to walk alongside others during difficult seasons. She is passionate about helping individuals and families experience restoration and renewed strength as they move toward healing. Her approach integrates evidence-based clinical practices with compassion, grace, and respect for each client’s story.
Angela earned her undergraduate degree in social work from Kentucky Christian University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, reading, traveling, and sharing good Mexican food with the people she loves.

Melanie Hubbs, LMFT
Melanie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. She provides treatment for concerns including anxiety, depression, codependency, adolescent challenges, and relationship issues.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Alabama and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. Melanie is certified in Prepare/Enrich and has completed Level 1 Training in the Gottman Method for marital therapy.
MaryLynn Crenshaw, PMHNP
MaryLynn is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2021 and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) since 1995. With more than 30 years of experience, she provides comprehensive, whole-person care that recognizes the connection between the mind, body, and behavior.
MaryLynn’s background with inpatient, outpatient, and at-home settings allows her to meet patients where they are in their journey. She values an approach that integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment, medication management, and compassionate faith-based care to support individualized healing and long-term recovery.
MaryLynn has a love and a gift for empowering people with mental health challenges to find hope and move towards recovery. She is accepting new clients of all ages.
Kayla Pyron, LMFTA
Kayla is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who works with individuals, couples, and families. Kayla’s passion is helping all of her clients build resilience, confidence, and hope while offering them the tools to overcome difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Another one of Kayla’s desires is to help teen girls and young women experiencing anxiety, depression, and issues with self-esteem.
Kayla has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kayla is currently pursuing her doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a focus in trauma.
Olivia Short, LPAT
Olivia is a licensed Art Therapist who offers a warm, creative space where you can come just as you are — overwhelmed, uncertain, or seeking change. She works to take time to understand your story — not just where you’ve been, but how it’s shaped you.
Through art, conversation, reflection, and collaboration you will uncover your strengths, build new tools, and feel more connected, empowered, and grounded in who you are. Along the way, Olivia will gently guide, challenge, and support you in the formation of a healthier inner dialogue so you can break the negative cycle that holds you back and step into meaningful change.
In her practice, Olivia has a special interest in adolescents but sees clients of all ages for individual and family therapy. She is trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT. She received her undergraduate degrees in Fine Arts and Education from Western Kentucky University and her Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services from University of Louisville.
Outside of therapy, you can find Olivia outdoors – hiking, running, or just enjoying nature. She loves to travel, paint, dance to live music, and chat over a good cup of coffee.
